    Professional screen printing aluminum frames with stretched mesh. The profile for frame sizes 350 x 430 is 2 x 3 cm, 460 x 510 and 510 x 610 are 3 x 3 cm, 610 x 780 is 3.5 x 3.5 cm, 800 x 1000 is 3.8 x 3.8 cm, 950 x 1200 is 4 x 5 cm. The corners of the frames are rounded. Fabric, i.e. mesh is precisely tensioned and glued with a special adhesives that are resistant to aggressive chemicals and solvents. The frames are sandblasted to insure mesh bonds properly to the aluminum and retain it’s tension through thousands of imprints.
