OPAQUE inks for textile printing. Semi-matt finishing.
Formaldehyde and Heavy metal free.
Curing has to take place into oven at 160°C for 3 minutes.
We advise to add 5-15% TEXPRINT AL, to obtain washing resistance.
When adding 5-10% TEXPRINT CATALIZATTORE EXTRA fixation is not necessary.
When adding any hardener to the ink, it should be taken into account that the ink has to be used within 8-12 hours
TEXPRINT RITARDANTE GEL – helps to prevent and slow the drying of the product in the screen. Add between 2% and 5%.
To achieve a luminescent (glow in the dark) effect, add luminescent powder to Texprint clear or opaque base.
Texprint textile ink complies with Oeco-tex Standard 100 class 1, which means that the products are safe to wear for both babies and adults.
